    Mike Robbins,
    Chief Operating Officer

    Mr. Mike Robbins provides leadership for LongView’s business operations and is responsible for executing the company’s business strategy. Mr. Robbins has been LongView’s COO since 2008.

    Prior to joining LongView, Mr. Robbins spent just under seven years with Battelle Memorial Institute. As a Regional Manager in Battelle’s National Security Global Business operations, he was responsible for integrating efforts between program managers, business support, marketing, and logistics operations with an annual revenue of over $70 million. Before beginning his career in industry, Mr. Robbins served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps for twenty years. Mr. Robbins received an MBA from The College of William and Mary.

    Scott Stewart,
    Senior Vice President of Contracts, Procurement, and Pricing

    Mr. Scott Stewart is responsible for leadership and oversight of LongView's Contracts, Procurement, and Pricing functions.

    In this role, Scott is responsible for identifying best-in-class policies and procedures and implementing them at LongView, supporting the continuation of LongView’s distinguished history of delivering growth and excellent program performance, while ensuring compliance with Government acquisition, procurement, and pricing regulations.

    Mr. Stewart has more than 30 years of experience in the government contracting space. He was previously Vice President of Contracts, Pricing, and Procurement for Vangent, Inc., contributing to their revenue growth from $400M to $900M and the sale of Vangent to General Dynamics for $960M.  Over his career, he has served in a variety of roles, leading staffs responsible for various functions, to include contracts, subcontracts, purchasing, M&A, Conflict of Interest planning, facilities, security, and property. Mr. Stewart served in the US Air Force as a commissioned officer, including an assignment as Contracting Officer at Space Division.  He earned a BS degree in Management Science from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

  • Satish Unni

    Satish Unni,
    Senior Vice President, Operations, Health Solutions

    Mr. Satish Unni provides leadership and executive management oversight for the Health Solutions Division of LongView. Mr. Unni's primary responsibility is to continue the aggressive growth of the Health Solutions division at LongView targeting both federal and private sector mission critical systems.

    Prior to joining LongView, Mr. Unni spent four years at Vangent, a General Dynamics Company, as a Director growing the IT Service Management business unit primarily within the DoD Military Healthcare System agency with an emphasis on Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance. Mr. Unni built the Vangent Infrastructure organization in excess of a $100 million contract awards focusing on ITSM and Information Assurance and oversaw a successful ISO20K certification to completion. Mr. Unni is an accomplished certified Project Management Professional and received his B.S. in Management Information Systems and Decision Sciences from George Mason University.

  • Dennis Freeland

    Dennis Freeland,
    Operations, National Security Solutions

    Mr. Freeland works within National Security Solutions and is responsible for ensuring contracts remain on scope, within budget and all contract timelines are met. Mr. Freeland also assists in customer planning, resourcing and management requirements.

    Mr. Freeland completed 21 years of active duty service in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he gained management and supervisory experience in operational and tactical level planning, coordination, instruction and the conduct of missions within austere environments. After retiring from Marine Corps service, Mr. Freeland worked as the Operations Manager for a high risk security and protective operations company, directly responsible for developing means to reduce vulnerability, deter threats and evaluate plans to manage consequences of critical incidents for employees deployed to overseas locations identified as high threat and high risk by the U.S. Government. Mr. Freeland would later enter Federal Service as a Program Analyst with the Department of Homeland Security, Office of Infrastructure Protection. There he was a key member of the Protective Security Advisor Program, enhancing its continued success, specifically the mission of critical infrastructure protection, mitigation and resilience to all hazards and threats. Mr. Freeland is a graduate of the American Military University with a bachelor’s degree in History, is a certified U.S. Department of State, Diplomatic Security Service High Threat Protective Operations Instructor, and held certification as a U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR).
